With extremely high damage, 40% chance of crushing blow, a large enhanced attack rating bonus proc, 40% faster hit recovery and a defense and resistance boost, Obedience is an excellent way to level the battlefield on Hell Difficulty. All this for two common runes and three runes that are easily obtained. It's also equipable by Act 2 mercenaries and is one of the best weapons available for them for a good price.
